SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE TERMS

These Subscription Package Terms set forth additional terms, conditions, and usage limitations with respect to each subscription package offered with respect to GrowthZone. These Subscription Package Terms are incorporated into and made part of the GrowthZone Terms of Service.
Usage Limitations
The following sets forth usage limitations applicable to the available subscription packages for GrowthZone:
Essentials
- Up to 3 Staff Users
- Up to 2,000 Contacts
- Up to 500 Members
- Up to 5,000 Emails Sent/month
Premier
- Up to 5 Staff Users
- Up to 4,000 Contacts
- Up to 1,000 Members
- Up to 15,000 Emails Sent/month
Pro
- Up to 10 Staff Users
- Up to 10,000 Contacts
- Up to 2,000 Members
- Up to 37,500 Emails Sent/month
Enterprise
- Unlimited Staff Users
- Unlimited Contacts
- Unlimited Members
- Up to 100,000 Emails Sent/month
If the Customer’s actual usage of GrowthZone exceeds any of the usage limitations applicable to the then-current subscription package that the Customer has purchased, then, Customer may be assessed additional subscription fees to purchase add-on usage package(s) of Staff Users, Contacts, Members and/or Emails Sent (in the increments and at the rates set forth below) to account for Customer’s excess usage. Please see the GrowthZone Terms of Service for more details.
Add-on Usage Packages and Fees
- Additional Members (250 members): $84/month
- Additional Emails (Up To 100k Emails Per Month): $51/month
- Additional Emails (100k-500k Emails Per Month): $93/month
- Additional Emails (500k + Emails Per Month): $261/month
Defined Terms
For purposes of these Subscription Package Terms, the following capitalized terms will have the defined meanings given below:
A “Contact” ” is any person (whether an entity or individual) with respect to whom a unique record containing information identifying such person is stored in the Customer’s GrowthZone database.
An “Email Sent” means an email transmitted using the functionality of GrowthZone.
A “Member” is any Contact indicated in the Customer’s GrowthZone database as owning or being associated with an “active” or “courtesy” membership.
A “Staff User” is an individual employee or independent contractor of the Customer who has been issued log-in credentials to permit access to and use of GrowthZone on behalf of the Customer.
